This is a luxury residential building located in Manhattan. The requirement of the client a lively, green, and visually clean environment. The architectural volume and massing provided definite layers and shapes that could be highlighted with appropriate lighting and provide a welcoming and distinct experience. We provided bespoke lighting design solutions for the amenities. The light fixtures have been integrated into a colorful, eye-catching mural in the gym area. Suspended circular LED fixtures help break the linear monotony of the gym space while providing appropriate ambient illumination. Decorative pendants liven up the cafeteria and lounge space, while the frosted housing provides indirect light to the ceiling. The fixtures in the TV lounge area were carefully selected to match the interior aesthetic. Track mounted adjustable light fixtures have been incorporated into the wooden beams in the entrance lobby to highlight the living green wall. Recessed lights housed within a large circular lighting installation mounted at the ceiling provide soft light within the pool area.
